Unless you’re new to the PHP ecosphere, you’re probably familiar with Packagist, a repository for all public composer packages. It provides an easy way to search and browse PHP packages rather than manually searching through Github, Bitbucket etc.
Developer Adam Johnson has created a Magento 2 specific of Packagist aptly named Packagento. As of May 31st, there are a little over 140 packages available for browsing, but that number is growing daily. Those familiar with Laravel will probably notice that this site serves a similar purpose as Packalyst.
